Vendor Strategy Manager Jobs

Manages the day to day vendor relationship management activities across multiple internal service areas.

Collaborate with Site Merchandising and Store/Site operations as they manage overall performance of assigned supplier partners across all channels.

Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience Required. MBA highly preferred.

5 years’ experience in ecommerce merchandising, preferably in Home Furnishings, for a major retail brand, required.

Experience in developing frameworks to analyze and report on ecommerce merchandising performance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience managing advertising operations, technical support, and/or customer care operations

Experience as an agreement consultant, representing both extended workforces and service providers

Effective analytical and structured problem solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings

Understand business problems, design extended workforce solutions and lead initiatives to improve efficiencies and drive change.

Serve as a go-to resource on industry trends in extended workforce agreement models and market benchmarks for outsourced services.
