Ux/Ui Designer Jobs

Our client, an early-stage start-up with a mission to provide a better and more sustainable solution for physician and nurse burnout and turnover, is looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join their team!

As a project-based UX/UI designer, you will have the exciting responsibility of designing and enhancing the user experience and interface of their digital product. Collaborating closely with the product development team and other stakeholders, you'll gather requirements and create mockups that not only meet user needs but also align with business objectives.

They are on a mission to improve the wellness of clinicians and their patients. Their team, comprising members from prestigious institutions like Harvard, Yale, and UCLA, combines labor economics, machine learning, and clinical psychology to tackle one of the most pressing problems in the healthcare industry. Requirements

● 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a related role

● Strong passion for product design and creating delightful user experiences

● Experience in building data visualization and business intelligence user interfaces

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field (preferred)

● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch

● Impressive portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities

● Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React and Vue

● Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and user experience methodologies

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with stakeholders and development teams

● Ability to adapt and iterate quickly

● Prior experience working in a startup environment

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Develop user interface mockups and iterate as necessary

● Collaborate with the product team to conduct user research and testing

● Work closely with stakeholders to define and understand user requirements and business objectives

● Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes of various fidelity levels to visualize and communicate design concepts

● Design visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces

● Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs

● Continuously iterate and enhance design solutions based on user feedback, data, and trends

● Maintain design systems, guidelines, and assets to ensure consistency across products
