We are seeking a passionate and skilled UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identities and user needs. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our digital products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs and design intuitive user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Develop user interfaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and usability while maintaining brand consistency.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions and improve user experiences.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure design innovation.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Provide input into the development of design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and functionality.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
