Role Description:

SAP Business Network is seeking a passionate User Experience Researcher to join our design team. Ideal candidate will work in a cross-functional team environment to cultivate best in class product experience for our end users. As a UX Researcher, you will work with designers, engineers, and product managers to experiment and optimize the overall product experiences across the SAP Business Network product ecosystem. You’ll also be the voice of customer-centric excellency by providing product usability, evaluation and support to product development teams. The specific customers you will be working with are B2B suppliers, in the procurement space for various tasks (invoices, orders, payments, leads, etc.) You will think strategically, on how to increase UX Research Maturity, promoting the value of research across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct and evaluate qualitative and quantitative research.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
• Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
• Perform market and ethnographic research.
• Responsible for recruiting target users for research
• Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
• Analyze user data and write research reports.
• Use a diverse set of UX research methodologies.
• Work with designers to modify prototype for user testing
• Conduct primary and secondary user research.
• Create and manage a customer panel of target end users

About You:

• Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
• 5+ years of UX research experience
• Customer focused
• A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on the product domain
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
• Excellent time-management skills
• Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
• Experience with remote testing tools
• Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
• Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
