General Summary

Clean and service all inside hotel/casino areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe, and attractive environment for all guests. Cleans and maintains carpet floors, hard floors, restrooms and high ceiling areas.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
• Abides by company policy and procedures.
• Will be responsible to fill in for any inside/outside EVS position if needed.
• Will be required to be able to operate, clean and maintain all department equipment in which the department uses.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be able to learn proper procedures in cleaning hard floors and carpet cleaning/care.
• Will follow all operating procedures, safety regulations and sanitation practices involving bio-hazard clean ups and day-to-day duties.
• Responsible to clean and deep clean all hotel/casino areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe and attractive environment for all guests.

Requirements

Job Specifications – Qualifications

• Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
• Ability to learn, operate and maintain all equipment assigned to the EVS department.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to guests and to members of management.

Working Conditions – Physical Requirements

• Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity and/or attention.
• Work sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 70 lbs. or more.
• Work 95% of shift in extreme heat or extreme cold.
• Walk, stand, bend or stoop 95% of shift.
