Overview

Position: US eComm Strategy Senior Analyst

eCommerce is an exciting, rapidly evolving driver of growth for PepsiCo. The US eComm Strategy team plays a key role in understanding the future disruptions of this channel within the F&B landscape more broadly, as well as its impacts on consumers, retailers, and implications for the PepsiCo business. The US eCommerce Strategy Senior Analyst will support the US eCommerce business by developing and executing high level strategies through working cross-functionally with the broader eCommerce team.

Responsibilities

In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities:

What a PepsiCo Strategy Senior Analyst does:

• Perform granular strategic analysis and research for markets or customers to identify emerging trends and key unlocks to drive growth
• Develop high level strategies by working cross-functionally with the broader eCommerce team (based in NYC)
• Develop compelling story-telling materials to support gaining buy-in from leaders across PepsiCo for eCommerce’s mid- and long-term strategies
• Participate in “special projects” that include developing business cases for new platform and product innovation while developing operational strategies

Compensation & Benefits:

• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Communicate the implications of the analysis to upper management clearly
• Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrixed organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed
• Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learnings from other functions, projects, and sources

• Comfort in ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in less-structured environment
• Bright, self-starting, innovative thinker who is passionate about eCommerce and consumer products
• Able to work collaboratively with broader eCommerce team in NYC and markets
• Mature, articulate presence with senior executives
• 2-4 years of management consulting experience with exposure to consumer/retail clients or experience in digital/eCommerce (preferred but not required)
• Leverage PowerPoint to create an impactful, concise, and compelling story
• Leverage Excel and other quantitative tools for the analytical heavy lifting
