Urbn Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Objective

URBN’s Production + Sourcing team is seeking an Office Assistant. This role will provide support to our brands including Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Free People. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn more about and support the life cycle of our products in various categories such as apparel and home.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers through e-mail.

• Manage Outgoing packages twice weekly.

• Manage the department wide package process through UPS.com.

• Maintain shipping history and commercial invoice documentation.

• Troubleshoot package clearance issues and conduct other internal support activity.

• Miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to take direction, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail.
