Position Name: CommercialOffice Cleaner
Pay: $16- $19 Per Hour
Working Location: State College, PA & Surrounding Areas
Shift: Typically Day Time 8 AM - 6 PM
Hours: Part Time

Duties:

• Disinfecting: Disinfecting and sanitizing high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and keyboards to prevent the spread of germs.
• Mopping: Mopping hard floors to remove dirt, stains, and spills.
• Trash and recycling: Emptying trash cans and recycling bins and replacing liners.
• Kitchen cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and other appliances.
• Restocking supplies: Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other necessary items.
• Special requests: Fulfilling any special requests from the client, such as cleaning conference rooms, dusting blinds, or polishing furniture.
• Dusting: Dusting all surfaces including desks, chairs, shelves, and cabinets.
• Reporting: Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or manager.
• Restroom cleaning: Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors in restrooms.
• Vacuuming: Vacuuming carpets, mats, and floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris.

Requirements:

• Be able to climb and descend several flights of stairs while cleaning to access different areas of a building.
• Have a reliable phone to stay in contact with our office team and clients as necessary.
• Be able to perform hands and knees cleaning at times, as it may be necessary to clean hard-to-reach areas.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to jobs and within a 10-mile radius of the first job to ensure timely arrival at job sites.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard and meet our high standards.

If you have experience in office cleaning or commercial cleaning, we would love to hear from you!
