Plus Sized Apparel Fit Model Jobs

Have good interpersonal skills, working well others in a team environment

Provide useful and concise feedback on garment fit, feel, and construction to Technical Designers, etc.

Must be able to maintain standard URBN fit model body measurements +/- 1/2" at all times

A fit model must remain fit and healthy, and must take care of skin, hair, and overall appearance

Be able to stand for extended periods of time in fitting

Must be able to work under pressure and for long hour

Must be comfortable trying garments in front of R&D team

Must be comfortable fitting bras and panties

This position is based in South Burlington, VT.

Previous fit model experience is a plus but not required

Try on prototype garments and move around in them to test function

Provide critical feedback to product team members

The following measurements are required to be met and maintained:

Chest: 33-35" (measure the fullest part, under your arms)

Waist: 26-28" (measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest part)

Build a general awareness of measurement points/product education to help effectively communicate on the fit of each garment.

Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Have a positive, upbeat attitude about the product while on the job.

Provide feedback on fit, fabric and comfort of all styles.

Communicate promptly and effectively on a day-to-day basis (which includes schedule adjustments).
