Ui/Ux Designer Jobs

Qualifications

• Experience conducting usability testing and gathering valuable feedback.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of working across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in FIGMA (required).
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively articulate design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Lean UX methodologies.
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards and the ability to strategize conformant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define personas, user journeys, and task flows to inform the design process.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex interactions (e.g., management level dashboards, reporting).
• Conceptualize ideas that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness.
• Conduct user interviews to gain valuable insights and feedback.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand and gather requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
