Roles and Responsibilities:
• Learn and understand the MSSO business processes that can benefit from RPA.
• Work with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Use UiPath to create new and extend existing processes that use the UiPath platform based on identified requirements.
• Assist with developing any documentation related to new or enhanced RPA processes.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience in software development or a total 12 years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of the degree.
• Advanced developer certification in UiPath
• 3-5 years of experience in .NET framework
• Minimum of 2 years of RPA Development experience on UiPath
• Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately (both oral and written forms)
• Must be a Green Card Holder or a US Citizen
• Familiar with agile / scrum process
• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps, JIRA or similar platforms
• Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
• Experience in developing workflow applications.
