Your New Role...

Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for a creative, talented, and multi-disciplined UI Designer to join our centralized design team focused on our most popular brands, including, DC, Wizarding World, and so many more! The UI Designer is a key creative resource for the team and will partner with our UX Designers to transform wireframes and user flows into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. This role is vital in the execution of all visual design stages from concepting to final hand-off to engineering. The UI Designer will also work with the user research team to ensure data-driven decision making is the backbone of the design process. The ideal candidate should be experienced with the best practices in product and digital design. Plus, endless love and passion for everything Warner Bros. Discovery!

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Turn business goals and requirements into prototypes of future products.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Effectively communicate all of your design choices to stakeholders and other departments.
• Design comps, storyboards and prototypes for new digital initiatives, enhancements, and other projects.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Turn established user flows and wireframes into fully realized products.
• Work with user research to test products and use data to make essential decisions.
• Coordinate efficient and effective working relationships with internal teams, cross-divisional partners, and external vendors.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience...

• Experience using content management systems is preferred.
• Effective presentation skills to demo work for the team.
• Flexibility to respond to off-hours business needs.
• Extensive experience using Figma, Sketch, Invision, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other up-to-date design tools and suites.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, media communications, and/or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of interactive product design, and/or digital media experience required.

The Legal Bits…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,240.00 - $134,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
