Technical/Functional Skills

• Code merging/ deploying
• Experience in developing micro front end components.
• Highly proficient with Vue.js framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM
• PR reviews
• Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written English interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router
• Off-shore team management experience
• Experience building complex, large-scale applications.
• A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Acute attention to detail and dedication to quality
• Great teammate with a positive attitude, strong sense of empathy with the ability to make high quality decisions.
• Proven ability to share and collaborate with peers both verbally and in writing Experience in Single Page Application architecture.
• Experience in building / deploying the applications to Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP
• Highly proficient with the JavaScript language and modern ES6 syntax and features
• Must have some experience leading teams, including:
• Proficient in JavaScript framework like Vue.js or ReactJS
• Experience with UI build environments and automation
• Able to complete projects with minimal supervision and direction.
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.
• Experience with CSS3 and Less/Sass (ability to write mixins, partials, functions, etc) and usage in large scale applications.
• Proficient knowledge of Git and NPM Experience with testing frameworks capable of learning new programming languages

• 5+ years of supporting highly available critical applications.
• Experience working with and managing offshore and onshore teams on multiple projects/tasks as needed.
• Ability to take a project from the requirements phase through the launch of the project.
