Job Description

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS:

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

Some requirements may exclude individuals who pose a direct threat or significant risk to the health and safety of themselves, or other employees.

Education/Qualifications:

Essential:

1. Associates Degree

2. Strong organizational skills.

3. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

4. Experience with extensive US travel.

5. Strong computer/data entry skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Desirable:

1. Previous experience in travel arrangements or as a travel agent.

Requirements/Skills:

Essential:

1. Demonstrate strong written/oral communication skills and attention to details.

2. Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects and ability to achieve deadlines.

3. Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.

4. Ability to identify the need for, and accurately prepare, routine management reports.

5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
  • Make all travel arrangements and reservations as required according to company policies and procedures.
  • Notify travelers of reservations and make necessary adjustments as they occur.
  • Works with fleet management department to coordinate rental vehicles as needed.
  • Maintains corporate travel credit card.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting as needed.
