Overseeing and enforcing swimming pool and attraction rules and safety regulations.

Anticipating, recognizing, and responding to aquatic emergencies.

Maintaining work area and surrounding environment.

Participate in weekly lifeguard in-service training.

Skilled in monitoring, mentoring and developing youth. Experience with low income students a plus.

1-2 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in a residential program.

Strong organizational skills including skills in planning and multi-tasking.

High School diploma and some post-secondary work.

Flexibility, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast pace environment.

Having a thorough knowledge of all menu and related items to include wine service

Thorough knowledge of wire and conduit sizing for proper amperage loads, bending and installing EMT, rigid conduit, and MC Cable.

Basic knowledge of PLC controls and their functions; AC/DC Motor Drives.

Knowledgeable of kitchen equipment, good knife skills, and possess a full tool kit.

Knowledgeable of weights and measures, as well as basic math applications.

Changing bed linens daily; and giving rooms a neat and attractive appearance.

Power washing main kitchen walls and floors twice per week

Removing all trash and cleaning trash cans daily

Cleaning east garage, storeroom, butcher shop, hot line, hot appetizer station, bake shop, and garde manger station daily

Cleaning and mopping all pantries, room service, ramps, stairs, storeroom, elevator and main kitchen; and other duties as may be assigned.
