Mill Crew Operator - Portable Travel Crew - Remote | Hybrid

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of milling equipment and procedures, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain milling equipment
Prepare and load materials into the mill
Monitor the milling process and make adjustments as needed
Troubleshoot and repair milling equipment
Complete all required paperwork
Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience operating milling equipment
Strong understanding of milling procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a safe and productive manner
