About The Flock


The Training Specialist supports the Training program and reports to the Director, Quality Systems, Quality Assurance. The Training Specialist brings their expertise in managing LMS activities including curriculum & user group development and maintenance, learning plan assignments and review, while also supporting our internal customers’ needs.


How You’ll Fly


You’ll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:
  • Working with internal customers, hiring managers, functional area training coordinators and document owners to ensure training is appropriately assigned in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative support in ComplianceWire and LearnShare
  • Generating ad-hoc reports to support special requests including inspection support
  • Creating/managing quizzes, uploading and testing SCORM courses, etc.
  • Driving special projects/continuous improvement initiatives
  • Executing transactions within ComplianceWire, including but not limited to:
  • Creating/managing training items, curricula and user groups
  • Leading Annual Training Assessments, develops On-the-Job Training courses, collaborates with SMEs to develop and implement quizzes and skill assessments


What You’ll Bring


You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:


  • 7+ years of experience in a GXP regulated industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and negotiate across the organization
  • 1+ year experience with Veeva QualityDocs is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with ComplianceWire business administrator transactions
