Job Description

Responsibilities

·Enrolling, updating, and monitoring LMS enrollments.

·Maintain user profiles in the Learning Module System (LMS), such as adding new users.

·Gather weekly/monthly and distribute LMS Course Report, as required.

·Oversee the planning and logistics of routine training in-services.

·Maintain class enrollment reports, including follow-up surveys and assessments.

·Monitor training course completion through the LMS and provide weekly updates on course completion.

·Maintain training files – organizes content for easy access and retrieval.

·Gathers weekly/monthly reports on new hires, rehires, terminations, transfers and promotions for tracking purposes and analysis.

·Gather Training Checklists from all new hires and individuals cross-training per program schedule.

·Assist and follow up with new hires after their training program is complete to ensure they have the tools and resources to be successful.

·Follow all organizational rules, policies, and procedures.

·Regular attendance to meet training schedule requirements.


Qualifications

·Ability to understand and communicate to others the operation of complex computer systems.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Strong Customer Service skills and a high level of professionalism

·Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personality types

·Well-versed in Microsoft Office and products

·Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally.

·One to two years of experience in clinical operations and/or experience in training adults preferred.

·Ability to understand and communicate to others complex business processes

·Ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently

·Bachelor’s preferred
