What you will do:


This position is responsible to develop, deliver, and lead skills training for new hires and continuing education of existing staff. The objective of the position is to Increase the skill level of the employees.

How you will do it:

  • Resolve current and future employee training needs, assess, and improve training materials, and directly lead training sessions with employees on site.
  • Establish processes and tools to maintain current employee training records, skills matrices, and training plans, with a focus on electronic/digital management.
  • Provide new hires with study materials and coordinate periodic training surveys.
  • Responsible for leading, crafting, developing, coordinating, conducting, and maintaining records for all training programs.
  • Support continuous improvement activities to implement standard methodologies and training.
  • Conduct/support new hire orientation training.
  • Provide trainee evaluations throughout the training program based on operator, trainer, and staff evaluations.
  • Develop training for all the departments within the facility.
  • Collaborate with engineers and management to identify training needs, map out development plans for teams and individuals.
  • Support cross training targets/initiatives working closely with operations management to coordinate upcoming training to support lab operations.

What we look for:

  • Work experience as a production supervisor, trainer٫ Facilitator or similar role
  • Preferred experience working in manufacturing environments.
  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
  • Candidate must be well organized and capable of leading numerous challenging priorities.
  • Ability to be proactive, follow up and follow through around regular activities along with future projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to think strategically, envision future states and inspire change.
  • Be able to use good judgement and build rapport with diverse internal and external clientele.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to exercise influence without authority.
