And lastly, the team at Maryhurst Renewal partners with children, adults, and families who are hurting to find the right combination of support, ultimately clearing barriers to success at home, at school, and in the community. Renewal provides one-on-one, group, and family counseling in office, home, or school-based settings. The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing and conducting external and internal agency training. This includes, but is not limited to, New Employee Orientation, agency in-service training, and other training that will promote staff and community development. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal communication, and time management skills. Ability to self-start, work independently and adhere to timeliness on a consistent basis with a minimum of assistance and supervision Knowledge of applicable training principles, practices, methods, and techniques of conducting formal and informal training, training curriculum development, training adults, and group facilitation.
