Job Description
Responsible for coordinating all Manufacturing related training. Review training records to assure training is complete and employees’ learning plans are accurate and up to date. Have expertise on all Manufacturing processes and training requirements.


Essential Duties:


  • Verify training is sufficient before employees perform job tasks
  • Adhere to cGMPs, SOPs, and Safety policies
  • Develop training programs and materials to ensure employees can function at a high level of competency
  • Assist with Manufacturing operations as needed
  • Create tracking systems to proactively maintain Manufacturing training requirements
  • Perform training for new and existing processes
  • Other duties as required
  • Review of Manufacturing data to evaluate training gaps
  • Review and approve training forms
  • Stay current on pharmaceutical industry training practices
  • Preparation of training metrics related to training completion
  • Write and revise training SOPs and Forms to accurately reflect the current practices

  • Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
  • Self-starting and ability to multitask
  • Enthusiasm for building a company with outstanding work ethic; must be able to excel in a fast-paced, multiproduct environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of applicable experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • B.S. Degree in a scientific field is preferred
  • Able to work with controlled substances
