Job Description
Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is a multi-program laboratory applying state of the art science and practical, high-value, cost-effective solutions to complex technical problems to protect the nation. Located at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River Site (SRS) in Aiken SC, the laboratory develops and deploys innovative technologies to address some of the nation’s environmental, energy, and national security challenges.
We are seeking an early career Training Coordinator to join our team!
About the role:
  • Submit completed training records to Site Training Records,
  • Support Training Review Committee meetings, administrative tasks directed by Training Manager or Training Lead and following guidance in Site Training Manual and DOE Order 426.2, Training Qualification Program.
  • Provide training reports to management,
  • Register personnel for classes,
  • Process cancellations,
  • Track and verify personnel training to ensure qualifications are met,
  • Ensure qualification cards are properly established in the Learned Management System,

Basic Education Qualifications
Bachelors with a minimum of 1 year or a HS diploma and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Other Required Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Training Coordinator, SRS Learned Management System (LMS); MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Familiar with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT);
