Job Summary

The Training Coordinator will assist with all training, professional development, and employee engagement initiatives across all teams in Enrollment Management. The coordinator will be the main point of contact for new employee onboarding as well as assist with all aspects of training and professional development for current employees. Essential duties will include:

  • Administer accurate inventories of resources and contribute to the planning for all program offerings.
  • Work with internal teams to identify training needs and assessments.
  • Help to develop, execute, and assess creative strategies to promote workplace culture, employee engagement, and care strategies.
  • Assist in the oversight of quality control and the monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly expectations and KPIs of all staff.
  • Assist in analyzing data and enrollment-related reporting to help maintain efficiency, and plan necessary training.
  • Assist in developing e-learning initiatives through online programming tools such as Bright, Canvas, and Kahoot.
  • Oversee the new employee onboarding process from employee’s first day through incorporation into their teams as well as follow-up.
  • Liaise with other departments to help bridge EM communication systems with special emphasis on information related to academic programs, admissions-related processes, and other employee training.
  • Assist the Director of Development & Training in developing and executing quality training programs in accordance with departmental needs and expectations.
  • Oversee remote team members including identifying unique training needs and assisting with communication efforts.
  • Initiate and oversee innovative departmental communication efforts and data management including print and multi-media for training, presentations, and other employee tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Regent University Enrollment Management processes and admissions experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

  • Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
