The company is looking for a Business Analyst.

The company is a high volume Automotive products manufacturing company, successful track record to growth for the past 20 years with 1000+ persons onsite.

• Conduct analysis on Manufacturing Production data and then collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
• Perform analysis as requested using Microsoft Excel - Accounting or financial analysis, data for budget analysis, cost analysis, variance analysis etc.
• Assist with the development of business cases and proposals to support new initiatives and projects.
• The business analyst will participate in performing analysis on various business scenarios.
• Track performance of various customer accounts by department, flag accounts for non conformance.
• Be involved in analysis of Financial Budgets and Budget Planning for various department.
• Monitor data on performance metrics and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and performance of various initiatives.
• Create charts using MS Excel and present data in a graphical format to company management teams and customers.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Prior experience in Business Analysis or Financial Analysis or Program Management is a plus.
• Prefer skills in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, Charting, Trend Analysis, Advanced Formulas etc.
• Entry Level (0- 5 years experience) in Business or Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business (or Accounting or Finance).
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
• Recent College Graduates - Entry level college graduates are welcome to apply - any internship experience will be considered a plus.
