Our client company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Physics Degree - recent graduate Engineer (0-5 years experience). The company is produces high-volume Automotive Precision components and have plants in the US (and also Globally). The Mechanical Engineer will become an integral part of Indiana Manufacturing Team.

:

• Learn and work with automated equipment can include PLC's (Programmable logic controllers), Servo Equipment, Robot and Robotic equipment and material equipment that moves parts to different locations..etc.
• The Project Engineer work in Manufacturing in Manufacturing Engineering and Process Engineering.
• Learn and work with Semi Automated equipment can be fixtures for parts flow, conveyers etc.
• Participate in team meetings to present process improvement or manufacturing process improvement.
• Learn and Participate in improving efficiency of production operations, documenting process changes, support manufacturing analytics.
• Review operations data and identify bottlenecks for more efficient
• Learn and Participate in problem solving.
• Learn and Work with state of the art manufacturing facility. Work with Automated & Semi Automated Equipment...in making improvements and new manufacturing equipment design.

Requirements:

• Prefer some experience in MS Excel (for data analysis and evaluation).
• Prefer BSME or BSIE or BSEE in Engineering or Physics - other Engineers are welcome to apply.
• Salary commensurate with experience.
• 0 to 5 years experience - Recent Grads are welcome to Apply, for a position with planned career advancement.
• Prior experience in either Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineer, Design Engineer is a plus (will also accept Associate Degree with solid experience in PLC programming & automation).
