Inviting applications for Trainer: Collections
Location: Remote
Type of hire: Fulltime
As a Trainer, your role is to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on specific products and services. You will work closely with the training team and subject matter experts to ensure that the training materials and programs are up to date and align with business needs and priorities. Your primary focus will be on delivering first time right training and managing knowledge management practices in the business
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning path development: Design, create, and update training agenda tailored to the specific needs of new hires and business priorities. Review and update training content related to the training.
2. Deliver / facilitate training: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and activities in line with the learning path. Track and publish daily performance reports and highlight any early warning signs immediately.
3. Compliance and Regulatory Training: Ensure that all new hires complete compliance and mandatory trainings within specific timelines.
4. Skill Enhancement: Identify skill gaps and training needs among trainees through assessments and performance evaluations. Develop and deliver hyper care sessions as required by any bottom performers
5. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics. Continuously improve training methodologies based on feedback
6. Managing end to end of training program and Trainee performance until the trainees graduate to production
7. Take relevant actions in line with Training methodologies to improve trainee performance
8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, participant evaluations, and training outcomes. Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
9. Coaching and feedback : Audit 100% of the work performed by new hires and provide immediate coaching for performance improvement
