Files Medicare/Medicaid claims and keeps abreast of new Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

Certification in medical billing or other related certification by a recognized professional association is preferred.

Processes mail and phone calls related to EMS billing to include signature letters, attorney correspondence, updating and correcting insurance information.

Assists with collections, records, and receipts for a variety of fees, payments, and charges.

Ensures and maintains HIPAA compliance as required.

Data entry for GIS information logging.

Must have a reliable vehicle for On-call requirements.

Job training will be provided in-house. The cost for required certifications will be compensated upon completion

Works under the general supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

Assists the Operations Supervisor in inspecting lateral lines installed for new or existing construction when necessary.

Handles lines, cables, hoses, and special equipment in connection with cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of the sewer system lines.

Prior management experience required, preferably in a call center environment

Support management directives and initiatives as requested

Provide training to new hire staff ensuring appropriate knowledge of systems and adherence to company procedures and policies

Thrive in a teaching role, transferring knowledge to position others for success

Previous experience working in collections required, preferably consumer loans/debt

Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance requirements preferred

Strong communication skills and people management skills.

Regularly report customer and collection updates with management and counsel.

Proactively contact customers to manage and collect on balances owed.

Manage and process payments, including credit card, debit card and ACH templates.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills using phone, text and email.

8+ years experience in a collections role, managing a portfolio of client accounts.

Processes specimens for preservation and storage using appropriate methods and techniques to provide for their optimum use in study or display.

Tech I: High School diploma and a desire to learn science.

6. Managing end to end of training program and Trainee performance until the trainees graduate to production

7. Take relevant actions in line with Training methodologies to improve trainee performance

A minimum of 1 year in collections within the auto-finance industry

Perform basic Collections functions utilizing Excel and company software

Communicate and coordinate with customers, field technicians and sales staff

Verify contract is complete and matches

Review for fees to be charged to client

Add any new/changed rates to Rate Report spreadsheet

Assist with Integrated Pest Management by monitoring, collecting data, and responding to pest activity.

Experience handling fine and decorative art

Knowledge of museum numbering systems

Experience with condition reporting and the corresponding nomenclature

Experience with object rehousing for storage

Experience with using a HEPA vacuum
