Job Title
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor organizations, venues, vendors, and other external partners.
- Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Product Marketing team. (IF this role sits in the Marketing Operations team, this is a function of the role.)
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on event objectives, participation level, support materials, contracts, and timelines.
- Manage all pre- and post-event logistics, including: Event registration, booth reservations and access to virtual platforms, Shipping of booth, collateral, premiums, and other support materials, Procurement and coordination of audiovisual and technology services, Procurement of pre- and post-event attendee lists, and Booth setup and teardown
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- Manage event asset inventory.
- Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities in a multi-task, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and planning and organizational skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace.
- Minimum 3+ years of tradeshow and event management experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work internally and externally at all levels.
- Experience with Salesforce and project management platforms a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field.
- Must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated high energy and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a remote, independent environment.
