The Tradeshow and Events Manager manages the planning and execution of events for key business verticals in support of brand-building and demand generation goals. Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product and Sales Teams, the Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the operational, logistic, and financial aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and other Marketing-supported events.


Primary/Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor organizations, venues, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Product Marketing team. (IF this role sits in the Marketing Operations team, this is a function of the role.)
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on event objectives, participation level, support materials, contracts, and timelines.
  • Manage all pre- and post-event logistics, including: Event registration, booth reservations and access to virtual platforms, Shipping of booth, collateral, premiums, and other support materials, Procurement and coordination of audiovisual and technology services, Procurement of pre- and post-event attendee lists, and Booth setup and teardown
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Manage event asset inventory.
  • Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event assessments.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage priorities in a multi-task, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace.
  • Minimum 3+ years of tradeshow and event management experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work internally and externally at all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce and project management platforms a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or related field.

  • Must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated high energy and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a remote, independent environment.
