Maintain meta and financial data in our Data Warehouse Management system and build Data Warehouse reporting leveraging this information.

Useful technical skills: programming languages (Python, VBA, SQL), Visual Portfolio Manager, Bloomberg terminal.

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly checks and assist in development of new checks to manage operational risk.

B.S. or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

Experience working with the various financial products described previously in a middle/back office capacity.

Provide change management for system and process changes and creation and execution of a system training plan for users

Working knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas trading

Provide business requirements for tactical system /business improvements and bug fixes for initiation into the IT support function

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Exceptional problem solving and proven analytical skills as well as attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage multiple projects / tasks

Demonstrated experience in supporting traders or front office applications.

Scripting skills, with a preference for expertise in Python or Bash.
