Tower Dispatcher The Strat (Las Vegas, NV) Description

Summary: The tower dispatcher is responsible for providing communications between tower greeters, admissions and attractions to radio dispatch. Performs all necessary and required office duties including distribution of Attraction Daily Reports as well as maintenance of all attraction paperwork files.

Essential Functions

• Follows all operating and safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures
• Establishes and maintains files, records, daily reports, absenteeism logs and calendars
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to react professionally and rationally in emergency and high-pressure situations
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Controls and coordinates all department radio communications
• Uses radio dispatch to monitor elevator traffic intake and out-take on an hourly basis

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to speak different languages is helpful
• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
• At least 2 years of previous general office and administrative experience is preferred
