Communicate and enforce Client SOP requirements within the network

International Freight Forwarding (knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Logistics will be a plus)

Must have at least 3 years + experience in telecommunication industry

Prefer 2 years + experience in a foreman or lead role

Manage a team of 3-5 crew members

Obtain or possess all required certifications. Including OSHA 30, NWSA TTT-1 or higher, Climber/Rescuer, Hoist operator, ETC

The Tower Foreman is expected to communicate effectively with all crew members and Projects Managers

Adheres to established regulations, standards and company policies and procedures and pays special attention to safety requirements and regulations

Cleans, scrapes, wire brushes, pressure wash, or abrasive blast surfaces in preparation for water tank painting

Mixes paint, rigs, erects, or moves manual, pneumatic, or electric power operated scaffolding and staging.

Applies under and finish coats with brush, roller, or spray equipment

Operates and maintains mechanical equipment used to rig, clean and paint structural water towers

Use tools and equipment needed in erecting and moving heavy scaffolds and scaffold machines related to water tower painting and maintenance

Maintain safety and adhere to OSHA rules and regulations at all times

NWSA TTT1 certification is preferred after 6 months of experience.

May devise jumper connections with knowledge from connector training.

Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Requires working knowledge of Microwave equipment.

Knowledge of basic electricity, grounding, and power safety.

Experience in completing full grounding installations, tower demolition, tower stripping and painting (erect and horizontal).

Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, management, patient, and families.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of appropriate nursing skills.

May be required to obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification during initial orientation.

Must be able to demonstrate patient centered/patient-valued behaviors.

Tower climbing experience in a plus.

Must be able to meet customer security requirements. A background check by Federal Authorities will be performed.

Perform maintenance or repair work on existing tower equipment, using hand or power tools.

Read work orders, blueprints, plans, datasheets or site drawings to determine work to be done.

Bolt equipment into place, using hand or power tools.

Test operation of tower transmission components, using sweep testing tools or software.

Coordinates and communicates operational problem-solving options/plans with company managers and supervisors and with appropriate airline personnel.

1 - 3 years’ experience of fueling operations preferred

Prior airline experience is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Coordinates the implementation of the emergency/significant event notification system; ensure appropriate company and airline(s) responsible regulatory Officials are notified; document accordingly.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Travel: Travel to project sites located out of state, and be prepared for extended periods away from home.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial construction or a related field, with tower climbing experience being highly desirable.

Certifications: Valid Tower Climbing and Rescue Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to industrial structures.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to varying project locations and work schedules, including extended periods of travel and time away from home.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities to Perform Duties Effectively:

At least 2 years of construction experience is a plus

Uses radio dispatch to monitor elevator traffic intake and out-take on an hourly basis

Establishes and maintains files, records, daily reports, absenteeism logs and calendars

Superior guest service skills and excellent verbal communication skills

Keeps guest queues and pre-loading areas clean and attractive

Takes guests to their requested floors and ensures guests enter and exit elevators in a timely and safe manner

Maintains proper elevator capacities at all times

Creates an atmosphere of fun and excitement

Consistently follows all operating, safety and emergency evacuation procedures

Support wireless network techs during remote equipment trouble shooting of equipment.

Basic knowledge of digital concepts, digital switches, T1/Tn transmission and fiber optics.

Knowledge in RF (radio frequency) communications.

Knowledge with IP (Internet Protocol) & TCP (Transport Control Protocol).

Knowledge of routing/switching technologies, Cisco IOS preferred.

Knowledge of WiFi network deployments preferred.

Assist management in scheduling of labor, materials, and other job tasks

Assist Wireless Services Management on all aspects of project execution and completion including timely documentation

Assist Wireless Services Management in writing reports from field observations

Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding employee performance, production, and placement

Possess demonstrated leadership skills and abilities

Break down of Tower during CIP

Lead by example, demonstrating an attitude of safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism to all in direct supervision;

Climb towers to lead in installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of wireless equipment based on direction from Foreman and Construction Manager.

Manage assets/equipment such as vehicle, phone, computer, camera, harness, and safety equipment;

Current Com Train or equivalent certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification Required.

2+ years of current experience in conducting similar like type work.

Prior experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Email.

OSHA Construction 10 Hour Certification

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.

Willingness to work indoor and outdoor (hot and cold temperatures)

Willingness to work long hours

Must be willing to execute duties as assigned

Prior knowledge of the LMS system is a plus.

Two to three years previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Responsible for maintaining quality and performance standards and assuring levels of service meet or exceeds hotel standards.
