The Touring Production Assistant will provide accurate & efficient clerical and administrative support to the Touring Department, create formal quote/proposals, track and update the quote/proposal process, document show logistics, and communicate information to appropriate parties.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Follow up with clients regarding past due accounts
• Communicate information to clients and internal staff regarding the status of tour/show or other related issues as directed.
• Maintain accurate tour information on Sharepoint
• Coordinate invoices for damaged gear with Operations and bill client
• Calculate accurate taxes based on routing and generate billing accordingly
• Ensure that information appears in proper categories on proposal and submit for review by the Account Executive.
• Deal directly with clients for COI (Certificate of Insurance) for each tour/project
• Track and invoice all touring billing, tech expenses and follow up with accounting.
• Update the Salesforce listing with quote information and revisions, entering dates and names, client, location, equipment (scope), proposal amount, confirmations, payment terms and other relevant information.
• Create quote files and issue authorized proposal to clients.
• Prepare formal proposals for prospective clients from quote information provided by the Account Executive. Enter required information into computerized template utilizing internal equipment catalog and access database data to obtain specific client and account information.
• Adhere to task deadlines

Base Salary Range: $17.95/hr - $26.61/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
