Production Technician Jobs

Vision Systems is a global company, manufacturing products for aircraft interiors. We are looking for a Production Technician for VS North America, located in Melbourne FL
As a Production Technician you will assemble products for release to customer in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.
Located in Melbourne FL. 32901
Full time 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, AFLAC, and PTO.
Responsibilities:

• Aligns material and assembles parts to build more complex units using tools and machinery
• Review samples, drawings, or work instructions to understand specification of output and ensure output is of the highest quality
• Complies with safety, security, and quality managements system requirements to ensure quality and timely customer delivery
• Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools while following Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problem/issues
• Mechanically inclined. Must be a able to use tools and machinery
• Excellent hand eye coordination
• Weight lift requirement 40 lbs
• Ability to read and analyze drawings

Advantage:

• Aerospace or similar manufacturing background strongly desired
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards
• Higher degree from technical school
• 1 year of experience
• Good understanding of quality control principles
