Production Assistant Job Summary
Honest Abe Roofing is on a mission to be the world's most professional and respected roofing company. We are seeking a Production Assistant who is ready to help us make this a reality. The Production Assistant will be integral in supporting our Production Manager and handling permitting and job expense tracking, amongst other responsibilities. This individual will be a key component in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Production Assistant Responsibilities

• Occasionally participating in outbound communication and follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assisting the Production Manager as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
• Contributes to team efforts and communication, supporting an environment of cooperation and mutual respect.
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge about our services to represent our brand effectively.
• Overseeing permitting and job expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.

Production Assistant Qualifications

• Must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to interact with team members and customers comfortably.
• 1-3 years of administrative or relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive team player attitude, with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with expense tracking and permit application processes.
