Afin de renforcer nos équipes internes en Suisse Romande, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Test Manager dont les missions seront notamment la gestion des projets du point de vue des tests ainsi que la coordination des activités de l'équipe de test. Cela comprend toutes les activités de test (analyse, conception, implémentation, exécution, procédures de test).

Qualifications

• Multitask, organisation skills, you efficiently manage your time and activities
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP environment will be appreciated
• Experience of working in agile environment with remote teams and stakeholders
• Strong client/stakeholders management/leadership, dynamic and self-motivated
• Prior experience in system integration and data migration projects is strong plus
• ISTQB or ISEB certification will be appreciated.
• Graduated in an Engineering School, Master degree or Bachelors in digital/web technology, mathematics, engineering or science.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in QA area
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end test

Job Responsibilities

• Write/review/validate the Test Cases documents
• Organize the relevant meetings for the project (kickoff, follow-up, etc)
• Identify Training requirements (Technical and Soft skills)
• Build a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, mind-set and motivation
• Ensure content and structure of all testing documents / artefacts is documented and maintained
• Organize the status meetings and share the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) with stakeholders
• Develop the test plan, identify dependencies and resources required to run a test phase
• Define the test strategy to be applied based on the best practices and project specificities
• Handle hardware and software requirements for the Test Setup
• Recognize when test automation is appropriate, plan the effort, select the tools, and ensure training of the team.
• Manage testing team activities according to the various phases of the projects
• Ensure productivity and velocity of the testing team
• Be an active contributor to QA Guild
• Act as the single point of contact between Release Manager, Development and Testers
• Be responsible for reporting on the test progress, delivery quality status and test results, adapting test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
