Job Description
Our client is a highly respected industry leader in Respiratory medical devices and has the best products on the market today.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients business needs and opportunities to help client plan ways to increase business flow, streamline processes, problem solve, and reduce any inefficiencies
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned region through the effective selling techniques and marketing advantages
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to identify disconnects in practice and to offer solutions to meet prospects needs
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections of revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge on how to engage with clinicians and office staff
  • Achieving sales targets through lead generation, prospect qualification, earning referrals, product presentations, working with team members, negotiating, and closing the deal
  • Collaborate with marketing and the sales team to identify competitors and bring awareness regarding the strengths and weaknesses of all products
  • Working closely with Management to provide insight and recommendations for priorities, forecasting, and tasks as it relates to sales goals
  • Co-travel as needed to drive opportunities, conduct product presentations, participate in
  • Discover new leads, build and develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement sales strategies to achieve short and long-term market penetration
  • Provide feedback to the development of the annual sales goals
  • Meet with leadership team to identify challenges, market trends, and areas of growth
  • Schedule future appointments and presentations to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Provide feedback and knowledge on sales cycles, effectiveness on existing sales methods, strategies, and procedures
  • Conferences / Tradeshows upon request, host and/or sponsor Study Clubs and product presentation events, schedule Lunch and Learns
  • Update all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities
  • Provide updates and information on lead status and closure of prospects
  • Supports sales implementation as needed to provide world class customer service
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Sales experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Bachelors Degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment, fast-paced with high-growth potential
  • Capable of collaborating with team members as well as working independently
  • Medical sales or B2B experience required
  • Consultative selling approach with closer mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
  • Advanced rapport skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and driven for sales activity
  • Confident in negotiating and adaptive selling based on customer needs and situation
  • Exemplary organization and detail-oriented
  • Able to deliver information in a clear, well-structured, and compelling manner
