Our Licensed Health Insurance Agents are responsible for answering inbound calls from individuals who may be interested in purchasing Medicare Advantage health plans and initiate outbound calls, reach out to prospective or current members to address their inquiries, and review our various products and services.

BroadPath is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents. Our Licensed Health Insurance Agents are responsible for answering inbound calls from individuals who may be interested in purchasing Medicare Advantage health plans and initiate outbound calls, reach out to prospective or current members to address their inquiries, and review our various products and services.


For this role, you will be provided an hourly rate, weekly pay, work from home, a $100 Training Completion Bonus, and a $300 End of Season Bonus.

• Initiate outbound calls, reach out to prospective or current members to address their inquiries, and review our various products and services.
• Educate and guide members toward selecting the plan that aligns with their unique requirements.
• Ask pertinent and probing questions while conducting needs assessments based on the invaluable feedback of prospective members.
• Engage in active listening to effectively identify specific inquiries and concerns while meticulously documenting required information.

• PAY RATE/SALARY: $18 - $22 /hour
• Uncapped Employee Referral Program & Weekly Pay

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced Computer keyboarding and data entry skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as a remote health insurance Medicare Advantage Telesales Agent
• Comfortable with “soft sell” techniques
• Must be flexible with work schedule beginning hours of operation is 9am -8pm central time Monday – Friday and will change on October 15th to a 8 hour shift between 8am -8pm central time Saturday-Sunday five days a week.
• Active resident health insurance license, and willingness to acquire additional non-resident licenses based on client needs non-resident license fees will be covered!
• Ability to effectively multitask and possess excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)
• America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) certification required – BroadPath will assist agent with renewing current AHIP certification once it becomes available
