Job Description

Work Schedule :

This is a part-time, .90 FTE day shift position Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 4:30am, either a half day off each week or one day off every other week, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

We are currently seeking a Casting Technician to:

  • Apply and remove casts and apply or adjust braces and splints.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness and education.
  • Join our Orthopedic Surgeons who provide a full range of surgical services.
  • Perform suture removal and minor wound care.
  • Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.

Education :

Minimum –High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Educational courses related to casting.

Work Experience :

Minimum – Prior experience as a Casting Technician, Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Orthopedic Surgical Technician and other related profession.
