Full Time | Remote Position

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Demonstrate the ability to work independently, but thrive in a team environment

Minimum 1 year experience as a remote health insurance Medicare Advantage Telesales Agent

Advanced Computer keyboarding and data entry skills

Educate and guide members toward selecting the plan that aligns with their unique requirements.

America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) certification required – BroadPath will assist agent with renewing current AHIP certification once it becomes available

Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude)

Ability to effectively multitask and possess excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills

Content Management System Preferred (CSM), salesforce a plus.

Develop relationships with department managers to understand the unique needs and culture of each department and each position.

2 years of recruiting experience.

1 year of High-volume experience preferred.

1 year of Sales/licensed recruiting experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.

$75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies, experience, and location

Manage metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to improve call center productivity continuously.

Implement, manage and support the call center platform and integrated applications

Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, and customer experience

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to call center operations

3-5+ years experience managing a telesales call center environment

Generates prospective customers through cold calling and closes sales generated by cold calling by displaying excellent verbal and written skills.

Keeps up-to-date with industry knowledge, as well as the competitive posture of the Company. Maintains a thorough knowledge of Company products/services.

Demonstrates strong influencing skills with customers, influencing them to purchase products and services.

Manages customer interactions by resolving issues and managing communication.

Intermediate computer skills and demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office programs and Salesforce.com or similar client relationship management applications.

Skilled in time management and multi-tasking

Proven consumer sales skills; product sales experience a plus
