Job Description

Responsible for remote end user support via phone, remote tools and at the desk side. Primary troubleshooting will be with standard OTC applications, OS and tools but will also include customer apps and a variety of specialized tools


Primary Duties

  • Provide general Active Directory administration and support
  • Provide world class customer service on all calls & tickets assigned to
  • May participate in project implementation, technical training and knowledge management
  • Ensure consistent delivery of customer service and technical support end user population
  • Focus on customer satisfaction ensuring SLA’s are being met
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved trouble tickets


Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience using ticketing system to track incidents
  • AS or BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
  • Expert troubleshooting and support skills related to HW, SW, OS, as well as Mobile technologies and Peripherals. (MS Office, Windows, Exchange, Citrix, VM, etc)
  • Familiarity with Cisco, ServiceNow, Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 2003/2010, Anti-virus software, Windows 7-10x and more.
  • 2+ years of experience (including co-ops or internships)
