Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative to join our team in Wayne, PA. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist customers' online service setup issues via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that customers encounter with service usage.
• Communicate customer issues to engineering.
• Assist new customers with their initial service settings.
• Build upon self-help guides.
• Address customer inquiries regarding service features available.
• Answer billing questions.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong computer usage and problem-solving skills;
• Sound verbal and written communications skills;
