THE JOB:

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for helping with the continuity of computer system services for our computer users by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install computer software products, modify/repair hardware and help resolve technical problems.

• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Performs preventive maintenance on PCs, printers, and other hardware equipment.
• Act as the IT property expert on all software and hardware related issues
• Engage with our internal guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly complete and close IT help desk tickets
