Description
Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join our team and help drive the development of our Syntranet platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering, user experience and technical product design. As a Technical Solutions Manager, you will become the technical subject matter expert for the Syntranet platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop product requirements, including features, functionality, and designs for future data exchanges.
Responsibilities:
  • Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support product roadmaps and innovate new products, enhancements, and redesigns.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements, including features, functionality, and design, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Become the technical subject matter expert for the Syntranet platform and help drive its development.
  • Assess and address technical risks.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure that new and existing products meet development targets and support the organization's financial goals.
  • Ethically handle confidential and private healthcare data, including compliance with HIPAA.
  • Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
  • Ensure that the product is designed and built according to specifications and meets quality standards before launch.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
Required Skills:
  • Strong data engineering skills with experience in SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools.
  • Experience presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussions.
  • Experience setting project roadmaps and managing schedules and milestones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in user experience, data engineering, and technical product design.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure basics.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Automate, Flow, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with external partners and vendor contracts.
  • Java experience a plus but not required.
Salary Range: $155,000-$175,000 based on experience
