The Technical Product Sales Support Engineer is responsible for providing specific product and/or technical knowledge, advice and support to Sales Representatives and customers. In this role, you would work as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company's product lines. You would provide insight to customers on current network situations.

- Core Responsibilities:
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Cisco certification required.
  • Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and cases, documents test progress and reports results.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
  • Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
  • Prior Sales Engineer experience at the Enterprise Account level required
  • Recommends products to meet customer needs.
  • Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers and produces strategic, cost-effective solutions.
  • Limited amount of travel within the Northeast Division footprint.
  • Applicants must reside in the Northeast Division.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assists representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products.

  • Relative Work Experience: 2-5 Years

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, Certifications, CISCO Certified
