Technical Lead Jobs

Our growing tech-enablement company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic tech department. As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of developers and driving the technical direction of our projects. With a player and coach mindset, you will not only be hands-on in coding and problem-solving but also mentor and guide other developers to achieve their best performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing resource allocation, deadlines, and team capacity effectively.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement in code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Architect and design complex systems, making critical technical decisions and trade-offs to achieve project goals and maintain a high level of quality.
• Develop high-quality software solutions using Python, Ruby on Rails (RoR), and AWS technologies, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and scalability.
• Lead and manage a team of developers both locally and remotely, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including managing 2-week sprints, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience in managing 2-week sprints.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines and resources.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make critical technical decisions and trade-offs.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, preferably within a SaaS business environment.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of developers, both locally and remotely, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and achieving team goals.
• Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) and AWS technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an analytical field (such as Computer Science, Engineering) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
