The Role
The role of the Technical Advisor & Sales Lead – PRPIL is to fully support the work of the PRPIL program to achieve monthly targets and year-end goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Fully support the work of the PRPIL program to achieve monthly targets and year-end goals.
Review submitted applications to the PRPIL application portal to ensure accuracy and compliance with eligibility requirements.
Answer all inquiries regarding PRPIL Program application and eligibility verification to ensure the achievement of application targets.
Use discretion and initiative in providing flexible options to all teachers in meeting program requirements, supporting a wider and more diversified candidacy.
Communicate with all new applicants via email and phone to finalize the application process and reach acceptance status.
Communicate with the MA DESE Licensing Department as needed to support individual applicants.
Ensure that all accepted candidates receive a final acceptance email that includes any specific agreements pertinent to their specific application (pending deadlines etc.)
Ensure that all accepted teachers make timely initial payments and in collaboration with the PRPIL Project Manager, monitor payments via the PRPIL portal and proactively ensure that program debt is minimalized.
Provide a weekly written summary of acceptances with noteworthy comments for individual candidates.
Support the achievement of monthly targets and year-end goals in collaboration with the PRPIL Director, Project Manager and Tribal Marketing to support the generation of new inquiries, applications and acceptances by:
Researching emergency/provisional license information in existing and new districts
Regularly communicating with teachers who are likely to need the PRPIL program services
Working with marketing and program leads to generate information materials to attract new customers
Devising new processes for application generation
Provide verification of uploaded CAP documents from ICs for final portfolio approval
Provide key information to PRPIL director needed to complete endorsements
Provide a weekly written summary of applicants submitted to PRPIL Director for endorsement.
Maintain and update required MA DESE CAP forms for each applicant in the PRPIL Portal
Implement continuous improvement strategies in line with changes and updates from MA DESE.
