THE Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Enivronmental Services Tech III to join our team! We are seeking someone who is skilled in carpet shampooing, marble/granite/vinyl floor cleaning/stripping/buffing. Prefer someone that has worked in hotels/hospital/nursing home as a Floor Tech and must have plenty of experience. Please apply only if you meet these requirements.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Tech III:
  • Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial position
  • Prior experience with carpet cleaning, floor care of marble/granite/vinyl flooring required

Shift: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00
