About the Role:

Team Leads are sales floor leaders in our retail locations. They are expected to be knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring. As a Team Lead you are a player coach, action driven, strategic, and thoughtful when making decisions and solving challenging situations. The Team Lead will ultimately embody the company values, set the tone and the example of how to wow and delight our customers resulting in an amazing customer experience. Team Leads work closely with the store Management team to coach, mentor and develop our budtenders and our staff.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Deploy team members to the proper area in store prioritizing customer needs
• Help develop team members by setting goals as well as meeting with the team regularly
• Proactively give feedback in a constructive manner to help team prosper
• Delegate tasks throughout the team to ensure business is running efficiently and effectively
• Empower team members to do the right thing, making customer satisfaction the priority
• Act in a professional manner, while facilitating sales and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Give breaks and lunches to comply with state and federal guidelines
• Follow all local, state, and BCC regulations

Team Lead Requirements:

• Drive to go above and beyond for your customers and team
• Available to work weekends
• Attention to detail & multi-tasked oriented
• Previous leadership experience in a fast paced retail environment preferred
• Outstanding customer service & communication skills
• Available to work 32+ hours a week
