As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Envoy America, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support and ensuring a seamless journey for our applicants and candidates. Responsibilities:


  • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of our talent acquisition process.
  • Take ownership of tracking applicants and candidates, creating transparency and efficiency at every step.
  • Collaborate on recruiting-related special projects and reports, contributing your valuable insights on an ongoing or ad hoc basis.
  • Provide timely follow-up to applicants and candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Be the point person for managing applications and maintaining a streamlined process using our advanced ATS.
  • Become the ATS "super user," leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot issues and offer support to our hiring managers.
  • Organize captivating job descriptions, ensuring our opportunities are showcased to the world through our company website and various job boards.
  • Employ diverse techniques and technologies, including lists, social media, and networking events, to uncover exceptional talent.


Qualifications:


  • Exhibit excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, allowing you to effortlessly prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar HR role, showcasing your expertise in the field.
  • Possess an unwavering can-do attitude, demonstrating your determination and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, handling confidential information with tact and maintaining trust.
  • Harness your exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborative nature to work seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Showcase your superior written and verbal communication skills, delivering compelling messages and building strong connections with candidates and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree/military service preferred
  • Embrace a strong customer service orientation, going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Display impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), leveraging its features to optimize recruitment processes.
