Job Description

A vertically integrated cannabis company in Metro Detroit is looking to bring on a recruiting and onboarding specialist to mainly focus on recruiting and onboarding retail specialist and manufacturing team members. This will be a high volume role and they are ideally targeting someone with cannabis experience who can keep with up the pace and are excited about joining a quickly growing Michigan cannabis company. This company has some exclusive partnerships and and also their own brand of products. This role will report on-site 5 days a week - role offers full benefits and competitive salary.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Help assist with scheduling and onboarding of new employees
  • Liason with PEO firm
  • Source, screen and set up interviews
  • Generate written and verbal offers


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in high volume recruiting and/or Human Resources
  • 1+ year of experience in cannabis is ideal
  • 1+ year of experience with onboarding SOPs and protocols
